D'Alessandro's (CLOSED)

Although I have professed my love for this place before, I had to update with this gem. They serve a cheesesteak "pizazz" . And it's actually pretty great. I went for the chicken cheesesteak "pizazz." They interestingly enough included mushrooms and onions on it, along with the standard tomato, banana peppers and American cheese. I ordered it on a whim (I was going for their amazing Italian special), and it turned out to be quite good. I could have used a bit more American, but the combo was strangely addicting, much like its inspiration.

They obviously have good taste in websites!

The Italian special. My reigning champ in hoagies in the world, still on top. Sharp prov, salami, pepperoni, capicolla, prosciuttio, and the works. I always get oil and mayo, because you only live once (though this might hasten the experience). It lubricates the sandwich so perfectly, that it's the only way to roll in my book. There are a lot of people who thumb their nose at mayo on an Italian. That's fine, we both know it tastes better.
