Quick update... as some of you may know, I did the Livestrong ride over the weekend. 100 miles of fun and pain, with 4300 feet of elevation gain. In case you didn't know, that's A LOT! It is the hardest Livestrong ride in the country. I was able to raise $1055, and that meant a lot to me.
If you have never done a charity ride or run, I highly recommend it. It is tons of fun, and the energy of the crowd/competitors is awesome. Although I was totally beat by the end, I had a huge smile on my face when I saw my Mom (a recent breast cancer survivor) cheering for me at the finish line.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI recently did the the Philly challenge and have decided to continue the fight by going to Austin. I'm auctioning a set of pink tires like what I rode in Philly and I am writing to ask if you'd help me spread the word about this auction.
Info is at www.epicmoonflower.wordpress.com.
THANK YOU!
